- The #Jumping4Petals campaign is an initiative to gather sanitary pads for girls in school or women in safe houses. It involves hosting a rebounding/jumping event in your own area/ at your studio to raise funds and collect donations of sanitary pads.
- How do I participate in the campaign?
- To participate in the campaign, you need to register your studio for the event, promote the event on social media, secure entries and entry fees from your jumpers, coordinate with local stores for assistance, recruit volunteers, and track donations for the #Back-a-Jumper fundraising campaign and jump with us as a group on 23 April 2023.
- What is the #Back-a-Jumper campaign?
- The #Back-a-Jumper campaign is associated with the #Jumping4Petals event and encourages participants to seek out sponsors for their jumping efforts. Jumpers commit to jumping 10 kilometers on a trampoline, and sponsors pledge to donate a minimum of R10 per kilometer. The money raised through the campaign will be used to purchase more sanitary pads, which will be donated at the discretion of the studio after race day.

- To track donations for the #Back-a-Jumper campaign, the initiative will assist the Jumpers to register under the Studios and will be supplied with an easy to complete List/Link/Form that will assist STUDIOS & THEIR JUMPERS with the Overall tracking of the Sponsorships of jumpers, packs of pads, and donations received. Participants should keep track of all donations they receive and ensure that sponsors commit to donating the full amount they have pledged. All donations should be settled with the host by the event day.
- What do I do after the event?
- After the event, share your event photos and videos on social media, report on the number of packs of pads accumulated, and identify a need in the area to donate the pads. Your local newspaper should be informed to do a small article on the amazing work you did in the community.
